Job Title: Customer Engineer
Location;Xiamen
Key Responsibilities
1. Performs startups through Tier III including process qualifications with assistance.
2. Troubleshoots key technical issues at the component level.
3. Uses routine process data and on site data logging functions to diagnose system downs. Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues.
4. Ensures the correct revs of procedures and schematics. Identifies and corrects procedural issues.
5. Anticipates and responds to fab issues including communicating with CE’s in other locations.
6. Within assigned scope, assist management in operation of site service business.
7. Takes initiative to avoid and resolve customer problems. May occasionally initiate projects to drive down costs or increase uptime.
8. Provides technical guidance to less experienced CE’s on complex system problems including sustaining process issues. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of system.

Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge)
2. Fresh Graduate in 2016.
